Chad Maxwell
Chad Maxwell is Vice President, Customer Insights Group, and is based in Razorfish’s Chicago office. He leads Razorfish’s national consumer insight research practice and has extensive experience in the consumer, market, media and user research space. His primary passion is developing consumer insights to help fuel a client’s experience, product, marketing and innovation efforts.
Chad is an applied anthropologist with specialties in research design, mixed methods, usability and innovation at the intersections of culture and technology. Other specializations include netnography, social network analysis, text analysis, consumer behavior modeling and research method innovation as they apply to understanding ecommerce, online communities, brand loyalty, communications strategy and experience planning.
Chad joined Razorfish in 2005 and during his tenure has worked on numerous Fortune 500 accounts.
